Implementing e-learning and knowledge management
| 1 | Needs assessment and modeling the state-of-the-art situation
We believe that this first step is the most important in the whole process
of e-learning or knowledge management implementation and together
with you will see whether the new system will help you to achieve desired
business results |
| 2 | From “as is” to “to be”
When we understand what are the challenges and desired results we will
draw a model of the system that will help you to learn effectively. By all
means we will adopt this model to specific features of your organization. |
| 3 | Project description
On this step our main aim is to align goals of the project with business
goals. You should know what will be ROI of the project and what plan
(with necessary resources, deadlines and results) to follow to ensure the
best project outcomes. Completing this step we will advice you on required
technologies and instruments. |
| 4 | Developing documentation
As any other system e-learning and knowledge management have their
own standards, job descriptions, methodologies, guidelines and manuals.
You will receive all of them fully adapted to your organization on this
stage of the project. |
| 5 | Pilot project
We don’t want you to start alone this journey to the jungles of e-learning
and knowledge management. Together we will start a pilot project and
we will help you to choose a good team, develop a good and engaging
e-learning course and then administrate the first learning process carefully
gathering all necessary data for the following evaluation. The experience
that we will get during the pilot project will help us to improve the system
in general and to ensure that it will give you all the best opportunities to
achieve desired results. |
And when you step on your difficult way of system operation
we don’t want to leave you alone without someone to ask
and to help. We are ready to support you every day in all your
ongoing and new e-learning and knowledge management
projects improving all we’ve done before and generating new
ideas. Because we know that these systems are live.
